My experience shows you get to work with a passionate team that is devoted to making a difference in the lives of others. The company respects work/life balance. There is opportunity to learn and grow professionally.

Cons

A lot of change due to growth, which could lead to burnout if your preference is an even keeled environment. Compensation and benefits could be better, but are mostly fine overall.
