Pros

Very flexible hours. Never short on extra hours to pick up. Uniform included. Full training given. Lovely fellow carers and most clients

Cons

Low mileage pay. Very inconsistent travel times- sometimes you have 5 mins to do a 20 min journey, sometimes vice versa. Unpaid for this besides petrol allowance which doesn't cover costs. Felt constantly under pressure to pick up extra trips, felt guilt tripped.

Don't know where to start! The two that drove me out of the company was the hours and the management!
