Pros

What motivated me most was my team. Feeling valued and having the opportunity to support them and help drive our success made the work meaningful to me.

Cons

I felt undervalued by my senior leadership and the company as a whole. Despite consistently delivering strong work, my efforts often went unnoticed, which left me feeling unappreciated.

Pros

People are very respectful, and always eager to support each other. There is always much work to do, but leadership trust in people's capacity, expertise and allow you to go on your own pace.

Cons

Salary is not in the top percentile of common salary for your role. For people like me used to push changes faster and decisively, the pace at this company may be a bit slower.

Pros

Carenet is a good company to get your foot in the door of the healthcare world. It's easy and all you do is call different insurance members fo different reasons depending on the project you are on.

Cons

Carenet may be a good start out job but it's not very organized and don't get enough training in my opinion and my coworkers' opinion. We would get trained a certain way, but when we actually do it it's wrong and it counts against us. When it's time to learn a new project, we learn about it in one meeting then get thrown into the project. It's very micromanaged so stay on your p's and q's. They also don't pay enough for the amount of stress they put us through.
