Pros

Carenet is a rapidly growing organization that is clear about its mission-- to help the healthcare system get better while ensuring healthcare consumers get the best care possible at the most affordable rate. Every day I get to come to work at a place that's making a difference in people's lives as we interact with 50K healthcare consumers on behalf of our clients. We help them make healthier decisions and take control of their own health while we help the healthcare companies perform better, improve the quality of care while driving down the costs. If you're looking for an opportunity to be a part of a growing company in a growing category, this is the place for you. If you want to come to work everyday knowing you have the potential to help others get and stay healthy, this is the place for you.

Cons

Like all fast growing companies, there can be rapid change.

Pros

I love my job and my coworkers. There is a lot of variety in the calls from children to adults. Excellent 401k good health insurance and PTO.

Cons

Hard to get time off, especially at the last minute. You end up working many many holidays and weekends. There is a lot of turnover and we aren’t appreciated as much as we used to be.

Pros

Employees at the lower end of the organization truly care and are very passionate about making a difference

Cons

Major "bait and switch" by upper management. They don't understand healthcare nor do they care about their employees and customers. Ego rules. Just look at the number of caring, good employees leaving along with their customers.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we apologize for the negative experience you've had. It’s certainly not consistent with the Carenet Health culture. We train our managers to respect and listen to all team members—it’s a critical part of how we operate as an organization. We want and need each team member to feel comfortable expressing ideas and discussing issues. We’d love to talk more about this privately, if you’ll consider reaching out. Simply contact our People Services team. Thanks again.
