Fairly standard call center type job and enjoyment varied depending on your assigned project, but coworkers and managers were friendly. A good experience overall.

Cons

Projects could dissolve without much notice.

Free drinks, casual dress code (for the most part), M-F schedule (depending on assigned project), awesome co-workers, there's nothing else

Cons

Hours were cut, management expressed favoritism, too much voluntary ETO, not enough disciplinary action done by upper management, nothing else to add
