The only pro with this company is the flexible schedule for the remote teams. Other than that none.

The culture, management and executives are amazing people and genuinely love what they do. Therefore it passes off to you and you love your work family. Free drinks are always a plus too. :)

Maybe it's because everyone stays but the room for growth doesn't seem to be something they have at this time.
