Pros

Work from home, company tries to meet your schedule request, and promotes balance between work and family.

Cons

Must have high speed internet. Due to work from home you can start to feel disconnected unless you have good team leads to be able to speak with. Can be pulled back and forth with call flow...but all nursing jobs are like that. Must be flexible!

Pros

We really liked our trainer but found training to be lacking in what the actual work will consist of , only one client out if over 100, is set to work with while in training. I feel this needs to be changed to get better experience so we are better able to go live easier. Seems like a good job , so far. Bonuses once a month with good call quality , I feel the management is fair but not enough lead supervisors on the floor to handle all the new employees

Cons

Not enough full on client training , took a full time job but am only guaranteed 30 hours a week, if the need is there hours will be increased
