People that are saying positive things about this company and making $15 or less an hour must not have real responsibilities. The company micromanages everything that you do and have unfair adherence requirements in place. There is a high turnover rate, constant tech issues but nothing is done to fix the problem. Management does not manage well. Questions go unanswered or one will say one thing and another will say something else, pure confusion. Weekly one on one meetings are mandatory with management even if you are meeting requirements. They will require of you more than they are willing to give. No bonuses, no advancement opportunities, just a mediocre job with annoying, over demanding managers. Working from home is not enough to settle on this job. Look elsewhere!
