Pros

Work from home was the only good thing

Cons

Bad Management, favoritism, horrible systems, back to back phone calls, low pay with no room for growth. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company if you value your health.

Pros

CareNet offers an excellent training program and offer a variety plenty of remote positions, making the role highly flexible and convenient for managing your schedule.

Cons

Even though it’s an important part of training, many of the mock calls are done in front of the entire virtual class, which can sometimes create added pressure and make the experience feel a bit more stressful.

Pros

Remote Work From Home Position Equipment is provided except for the two monitors that employees must provide themselves.

Cons

Training was not as thorough as it could have been. You need two monitors and it would be helpful to see what the instructors are doing on both screens but they have to alternate. So it can be challenging to get the full picture of how the entire scheduling process should go.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the time you spent with Carenet Health. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the remote work opportunity and the equipment provided to support your role. We also take seriously your feedback about the training process and the challenges of not being able to view both monitors during instruction. Clear and thorough training is essential to building confidence, and your suggestion about showing the full scheduling flow across two screens is valuable. We’ll be sure to share this with our training teams as we continue refining how we prepare new team members for success. We appreciate your contributions during your time with us and wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
