Pros

The only pro I can state is that you’ll love your teammates. The company also has it’s own type of social media page where you can earn points based off of how well you perform. When you receive enough points, they can be exchanged for rewards like gift cards or other desired items you may see at some of your favorite stores.

Cons

Communications between your trainers and your soon to be supervisor may sometimes fail. So it is best to make sure you make known to your supervisor everything guaranteed to you during your training, especially your specific schedule. Also, this position requires persuading members to schedule appointments and using sales techniques to do so. So if you are not good at sales type roles, you may not like this type of role. Lastly, if and when you have internet outages, it counts against your attendance, regardless of whether or not you have documentation. The same is true concerning doctors’ excuses—the absence still counts against you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for being part of the Carenet Health team. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with your teammates and that programs recognizing performance and engagement have been meaningful for you. Building a supportive team culture is something we value deeply. We also appreciate your candid feedback regarding communication between training and operations, role expectations, and attendance policies. Clear alignment during onboarding and training is essential so employees feel fully prepared and confident as they transition into their roles. Your comments about schedule clarity, internet outages, and documented absences are valuable and will be shared with the appropriate teams as we continue evaluating how to support employees while maintaining operational needs. Thank you again for your thoughtful suggestions and for the work you do each day supporting the members and patients we serve. Your feedback helps us continue strengthening the employee experience.
