CNA ft. Thomas- run

Pros

The pay is decent if you are certified. They pay more to nursing students. Nothing that makes it worth it.

Cons

I was told by my trainer most people quit after first shift and I did too. Rude, miserable employees who did everything the way nurse aide training says not to. Neglect and carelessness all around. 17 residents to a CNA because they can't keep employees since the ones that have been there for many years are so awful to be around. The good quit and the bad get promoted.

They dont care about employees

Pros

Pay is decent, but they try to cheat you out of PTO time and sick time

Cons

Mice, roaches, bed bugs and gnats galore. Management has been told multiple times and make excuses. They are always calling to see if you can pick up regardless that you have already picked up for them and only have 1 day off.
