They will make you work extra to make up for staff shortages and not pay you extra. They will also not pay you on time or not at all.

The use of Daily pay app.

Cons

Broken institution. Meals are often cold, no alternatives. Staff demonstrates they don't come from a background of compassion, you can't train someone in putting others first.
