Horrible management
Always Understaffed
You clock in and out and keep your personal belongings (purse/lunchbox/coat/) in a room with fecies and trash
Most ever nurse has a " holier than thou attitude"
Nurses will not help you (answer call lights/god forbid wipe a butt if need be)
Expect the aides to get everything done regardless of how busy or understaffed
It's a gossip center and the staff doesn't truly care about the residents well being. There is a select few staff members (aides) that actually care about their job and the residents.
Most staff complain about how they hate the job or is that so in so's light again!
Get out of the healthcare industry people you clearly don't belong in it.
This place would be a great place to work or reside if you cleaned out 90% of the stupid people who work there
