Pros

- The Frontline is extremely cooperative and hardworking, definitely made my experience memorable

Cons

- Opportunities exist if you look like the rest of Management - The only "diversity" seems to be in the Frontline and supervisory positions

Long ours. Bonus are tied with every one so not getting what you perform.

There seems to be a lot of hope for my future in this company. Will be offered positions if I am willing to move. Benefits seems good.

No real good orientation for my position. Sent off to explore.
