      None at this time of review.

      Cons

      Upper management does not appreciate the hardworking, valuable employees that work for them daily. They will replace you at the drop of a hat. They will do nothing to make you want to stay. They hold the hands of employees who underperform and say it's 'coaching'. They do not realize that they can not coach someone who has zero initiative to want to learn their job.

      Pros

      Respectful and relatively humble culture. IT/Digital group is a decent place to be.

      Cons

      They’ve been discreetly laying off large groups/ whole organizations. In times past, they’d find those employees new homes in digital/ IT but this year they just started cutting cohorts of people, irrespective of value of the individual to the company or the scarcity of their skillset. It smelled like when Target cut the entire Target CA organization without any concern for retaining top talent. New CEO, new CIO, and apparently a new culture which move against the current of prizing their people. Cost above value at Cargill, that’s how they do when times get tough.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits—but should be more for all they make you do. Some of the coworkers are nice but everyone is abused by this place.

      Cons

      Everything. Management is incompetent. They stress a “family culture,” which really just means they won’t respect you. Talented people stay in entry-level jobs while mediocre losers are promoted to higher positions. Toxic all around.
