Very much a Good Ol' Boys club. Wide gap in pay between men, women and minorities. Leadership 85% male. Highly imbalanced.

Pros

The company and leaders of the larger entity are great. They care and are passionate about people and their communities.

Cons

The Lake Odessa location has horrible upper management and rapidly declining morale. Management picks and chooses who gets raises and promotions based on their personal friendships and who kisses their butts and lies to them the most. They have no idea what’s actually going on in the facility.
