Pros

A company that promotes diversity and opp across different businesses/regions, employee's safety is a priority and a flexible working environment.

Cons

Fairly poor senior management team in reality that is totally not practicing & portraying Cargill's policies and visions. Employee witnessed the reason senior management rejected an applicant due to she was a mother (with a new born), which was openly discussed over a phone conf call; employee has been stopped to participate on company's related event Q&A session (unless questions were vetted by management); management team sees change as a threat and dis-alignment within the team. Cargill has one of the worst HR team (by experience) where there is neither support nor fair treatment offered.
