Pros

People are good to work with and the company seems to care if the employees are engaged or not. I enjoyed working at Cargill.

Cons

Cargill might start you off with a pretty good salary - but they only increase your salary every three years at best. And there are very few bonuses.

Work life balance is good

Cons

Not good environment for new people joining the company Company controlled by people that have been with the company for 25+ years Poor raises and bonus pay outs US Minorities are treated poorly. Young people are treated poorly They fire new people and minorities for no reason Work does not get executed
