Pros

- Benefit package is excellent, base plan covers 80% of all costs, $1000 annual flex account for remaining 20% of all costs or to cover all costs for use on medical needs that are not covered - Internal annual $300 healthy living allowance. Employees submit receipts for healthy living costs (new running shoes, gym memberships, etc...) and are refunded - RRSP contribution matching - Lot's of opportunities for development and education, associate programs where you can spend a full year or more learning from experienced reps before becoming a full sales rep - Extremely safety focused company - Very generous introductory vacation package, 15 days to start - Extremely generous bonus incentives if you can achieve budget

Cons

- Average pay - Vacation package does not scale, 15 days to start (great) does not increase until 10 years of service - Hours can be difficult. 45+ hour weeks with no designated breaks and no overtime opportunities even though overtime/weekend work is often expected or required - Budgets can be too stretched, bonuses can seem unattainable - Company lacks overall direction and planning, constant shake ups and changes at upper and middle management make moving up in the company risky
