Pros

Good team spirit (not the case for all the teams though) and challenging job. You can learn a lot in very little time if you have good people around you. Employee-only fitness room is a great advantage to mention as well.

Cons

Really bad management (bad communication, lack of knowledge from managers/supervisors). People do not share info nor help each other, you have the feeling to work against each other instead of all together. Traders are considered as kings and you have to obey their rules, you can't argue with them as they're always right anyway.

Pros

Global giant across diverse businesses looking to expand its market potential. Perfect time to be employed.

Cons

Unlike the competition, ATL expenses are minimum and a heavy focus on optimizing cost has detrimental effects to the business.
