Pros
Wonderful corporate climate. Strong values and ethics, this company does invest in human talent. There is room to grow professionally, and there is a very well defined system to do so. I didn't experience, (or notice), any kind of discrimination or injustice. Health Insurance is great. Not big spenders, but they are not stingy regarding travel expenses or security issues. Safety comes first.
Cons
I noticed that many people were doing the work of two or three roles by themselves, (including myself). The wages are not the best in the market, and sometimes you can get lost in the size of this huge company.
