      The industry is fascinating and the financial stability of the company is solid.

      Cons

      Don't plan on having a personal life. A typical day for me: starts with 7 am conference call, meetings all day long where you might have a rare moment for a bathroom break, a 12 midnight conference call, and the next day expected to be in the office between 7 - 8 am. The environment does not allow for the most productive work. Many positions require that you travel globally and work 7 days a week. I was surprised at the low caliber of IT expertise and the lack of technology. Working remotely, even in unusual situations like a major blizzard, is frowned upon.

      Flexibility in work schedule. Flexibility to telecommute for part of the work time. good pay. good chance for career advancement.

      very large company with much bureacracy.
