Pros

Good work life balance, respect individual's space and rights, a place for long term growth, great work environment and good benefits

Cons

salary increment is low for new employees, career advancement can slow - Cargill values long term commitment and this perspective can be contrary to what most in the labour market think.

Pros

Good advancement opportunities for larger departments. Excellent benefits. Company supports tuition reimbursement. Company does provide skill enhancement training. Also supports flexible work hours.

Cons

Being such a large corporation, it is difficult to have a handle of all the changes that are planned until the changes are actually being implemented. Current changes will also change the culture of the company
