Pros

Good work life balance, respect individual's space and rights, a place for long term growth, great work environment and good benefits

Cons

salary increment is low for new employees, career advancement can slow - Cargill values long term commitment and this perspective can be contrary to what most in the labour market think.

Pros

Senior management are the same people regardless of audience. That is they do not interface with the hourly employees any differently than they work with each other. Time of change and great opportunities for those who can navigate their way through.

Cons

Cargill is making the transition to business practices already in place in other industries. A substantial amount of change going on = stressful times. Upper management still has the mindset that "I did it so you should too". The right intentions to improve are there but in times of stress they revert back
