      A complete chaotic mess. Toxic management, unqualified upper management bullies & demands staff to do what they want. Nobody knows what's going on, multiple systems have no handshake with each other results in duplicate & triplicate work & research in attempts to find correct information,

      CYA culture. Constant changing of KPIs, revolving door of leadership and employees. They shifted me from the role I was hired for to a role I absolutely did not want due to that department being shorthanded.

      The growth opportunities at Cargomatic are amazing, we have a leadership team that not only believes in their product but also their people. If you put in the work to learn every aspect of the business and apply yourself there is endless personal growth and opportunity. Even when you think you know "everything" there are always new things to learn as the company grows with the technology generation of today times. The leaders see your strengths as well as weaknesses and allow you to learn and grow in the areas your need improvements in, while also allowing you to use your knowledge as power. Breaking the status quo allowing both females and males to become leaders within the organization, as well as diversely hiring talent from different walks of life. Lastly, the entire company which includes the dispatch team, data entry team, account management team, sales team, capacity team; and leadership team, see the value of our carrier/customer partners and treat everyone with respect and dignity.

      Cons

      Not sure I can honestly say there are cons with Cargomatic. Our CEO and upper management will always remain completely transparent with the team. They have an open door policy that allows you to ask questions, rebuttal if you do not agree and have a conversation if you want to make improvements as the company continues to grow. The company sets up town halls where we can talk as an organization and upper management has even given their personal cell phone numbers to the ENTIRE organization. I would say we work hard and we work a lot because most of us are passionate about what we do and see the sense of urgency needed to make the world go round.
