A fast-paced environment that's a great place to take your skills to the next level if you are dedicated and motivated to succeed

Cons

To fit in this culture, you have to be willing to pivot, venture outside of your comfort zone and be okay with always giving 200% or more. This is not really a con in the traditional sense, but it means the company pace simply isn't for everyone.

I do miss the human interaction with my team at some level which is a pro and a con. Con because during collaborative work we either must get on a call or travel to have in person work sessions.
