Meritocratic culture with opportunities to learn, develop and advance across all divisions. There are plenty of mentors to help and guide new members to excel. It's an environment where the old saying applies - "What you put in to it, is what you get out of it". Culture is collaborative and collegial... and the people, warm and welcoming. DEI plays a big part here.

Cons

As the company goes from strength to strength, sometimes you are expected to wear multiple hats. That said, management always recognizes the effort individuals put in, and one way or another it is rewarded.

I have been working at Cargomatic and I can honestly say it is one of the best places I have ever worked. The company culture is fantastic, and the team is supportive and collaborative. From the first day I joined, I was made to feel welcome and part of the team. LUNCH WEDNESDAYS ARE AWESOME!!!

Cons

The workload can be very heavy at times, but overall a positive experience.
