Pros

Work environment is great, easy going, no micro managing (you are expected to work at all times). Lower level employees are welcoming and friendly.

Cons

Everyone is out for themselves, lack of communication, disconnect from lower level employees and their managers. Company is growing too fast for upper management to be able to handle in a fragile industry. There is no long term plan other than to "stay afloat." This stresses out employees. Upper management plays obvious favorites.

Lots and lots of potential as company is committed to success. Good culture with the right people now on board to go to the next level. Lots of growth.

Cons

Having a defined niche of local trucking is a blessing but can very difficult because there is demand to do more. Growing pains still exist but getting ironed out
