Pros

Great benefits (they're based out of California so that helps!!) Great pay (although I do need to ask for more) My managers are wonderful I am not over-worked (unlike many folks working in logistics) I get to work from home 2 days a week (and can work from home more when things arise) They've invested a lot of money and resources in their training process for all employees They have hired and are continuing to hire industry leaders in leadership roles within Cargomatic

Cons

They haven't quite "nailed" their training process yet, but they are investing a lot of money and resources in their training process for all employees They are a younger company (but that is also a positive thing as well)

Pros

Very high bar for talent (think big tech standards) and team members hold each other accountable as such. Technology forward. Across the board the team has a diverse and extensive background in all modes of transportation. Industry experienced & knowledgeable executive leadership. Strong remote work culture, flex PTO, and opportunity to advance as the company is rapidly expanding.

Cons

No real cons to speak of, but very much a company for proactive self-starters that can handle a high volume workload.

Pros

At first I didn't know what to expect, but everyone was very friendly and they made me feel welcomed. They have been very helpful and supportive. I really appreciate the environment and the conferrable social atmosphere everywhere :)

Cons

Not really sure what to say, I guess the one thing I can say is that I started as a temp and it took me a while to become a permeant employee, but other than that I think it is a great experience.
