Pays competitive salaries and has good benefits

Cons

C-Suite executives manage as a dictatorship, they have no interest in employee development. There is an extreme bully culture, where everyone tries to CYA by pointing fingers at everyone else, as opposed to working as a team to solve problems. There is no trust, and no teamwork. The company has no vision as an organization outside of increasing revenues, and the CEO is by and large Missing in Action.

Just because individuals are friendly does not mean theyre good employees. When it comes down to work everyone passes the buck, from the very top to the very bottom.No room for growth
