Pros

Great company, and I would happily recommend it to friends or family. I have found the company to be the ideal size offering both the pros of a larger organization, resources, offices, and training while still giving the responsibility, flexibility, and access to leadership most enjoy at smaller companies. I have to mention the benefits as they are GREAT. The benefits are on par with any other tech company, including health, PTO, and snacks in the office.

Pros

Great culture. Employees believe in the vision and care about the company. Hard work is rewarded and you can see the impact of your work. Executive team is highly knowledgable and tenured in the industry. Plenty of opportunities to grow within the company. Future outlook is good.

Cons

The company is growing as such a fast clip that sometimes processes are not followed, and that sometimes leads to issues later down the road. A greater emphasis on education and processes within individual departments would significantly alleviate growing pains.
