Pros

Leadership is very invested in professional development, and the benefits are spectacular. You really can be as successful as you want to be - you can own your projects and you are not pigeon holed into just doing one thing. You will get the support you need to complete tasks and long term projects.

Cons

Not really any cons, but this isnt a cushy job/sit and push button operation. There is many challenges and you should expect to knuckle down and work.

I felt part of the team day 1. Cargomatic has made me feel like family since my first day joining. Excellent collaboration between teams and management. Everyone is willing to assist with any question. Highly recommend Cargomatic!
