      Troubled Company

      Pros

      Company provides numerous perks in office (catered lunches 2 days a week, free snacks, etc). Many of the low level employees are great people to work with.

      Cons

      Middle managers are just horrible to work with. They spend more time complaining about homeless people they saw on the way to work, people on EBT that they ran into at the 7-11, and the executives that they work for than managing their employees. HR is non-existent. Employees are mercilessly mocked and even harassed without consequence. There is a lot of racism and sexism. Executive management does not intervene or is simply absent when these issues occur.

      Pros

      -Great opportunities exist to be part of a rapidly growing company, there are many benefits some of which include; being a part of new ground breaking industry techniques and practices, designing and implementing something new from the "ground up", lot's of autonomy to be creative and problem solve. - Very nice office environments, with top rated employee benefits and perks.

      Cons

      Change and innovation is constant, so if your desire is to do the same thing everyday then this may not be the right place for you to work.
