      Fast paced environment with very talented employees. Endless career advancement opportunities. Great place to grow and learn. Company sponsored education and self growth curriculums. Attractive salaries and benefits. Company culture focused on business success and individual happiness. Fun team members who genuinely care about employee relationships.

      I have not experienced a lot of negatives at Cargomatic. The transportation industry is very fast paced and hard work is required. However, most of the team at Cargomatic views this as a pro, not a con...

      Great place to try new things

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy. You see a problem and can think of a better way to handle it, you're encouraged to try it out. I feel trusted, which is motivating for me. Crazy fast pace, so if you do well under pressure (I do), you'll be very happy here.

      Cons

      The downside of growing fast is that some processes that need to be in place don't exist yet.
