My onboarding process was seamless. I felt like I was part of the team right away. I got tons of support from HR and my managers to get set up and integrated within the company.

Cons

There have been no cons at this company so far and I look forward to evolving my career here.

This is mainly for onboarding, I felt my onboarding journey has been going smoothly, my team and manager have been very supportive and have introduced me to other departments I have to partner with, HR team has been wonderful, they helped guided me since I signed up and have never been with a company where a company wants me to succeed not just as a person but they also care for their employee to be successful. Everyone has been attentive and very resourceful.

Just finishing up week 1. The onboarding process was smooth. I received my equipment several days before my start date. It included instructions to get me set up and ready for day 1. The HR team coordinated the new hire meeting and trainings, Everyone has been very helpful to get me up to speed,
