Pros
Cargomatic undoubtedly exudes what culture is all about and then some! I appreciate the inclusivity that they effortlessly carry, it shows where there importance truly resides. I’ve been here for 5 months and it take less than 2 to determine whether or not a company is worth aligning with. I and so many others are still here…. I’ll have you know that it’s not just because of our well known reputation for competitive salary compensation. You will find that there are many employees that have stayed because Cargomatic offers a gift that no other company can buy and that’s TRANSPARENCY! This is not to say that anyone applying for Cargomatic or looking into our services needs us, but it’s the company’s composition that makes us so desirable! Between whoever’s reading this review and myself, I didn’t have the most extensive background in logistics, this wasn’t a determined factor for Cargomatic. I’m led to believe this was the case due their strong belief in POTENTIAL. Which brings me to my next pro….. I’m convinced that potential is not the best descriptive word for a place like cargomatic. Potential is commonly defined in thought of the “possibility” to grow or succeed further than its present state. With Cargomatic there’s no possibility there is only CERTAINTY. Thank you Cargomatic for seeing the possibility in me, if it wasn’t for your decision making, I like so many others wouldn’t be able to see the Certitude in you! We are more than potential! :)

I’ve learned “con” is a complicated word for those who make it that. But for sake of contributing both sides, one of the cons would be the the amount of growth we have to obtain. The pro within the con is that we know that we can never stop growing and there is no limitation to what we will accomplish
