tuition repayment ($100/mo) health benefits if full time (only managers) decent hourly wage if you get enough hours

Cons

brand ambassadors cannot work 40 hours. they aren’t supposed to get more than 27 hours/week. they advertise benefits for full time employees to part time employees, even though we don’t get them. corporate will fire coworkers and managers at random. very sporadic environment. you never know who’s going to be there the next day. hours are based off of sales. if your store isn’t constantly busy do for a few days the Brand Ambassadors get their hours CUT. like around 25/week to 8 hours. they bring in people from other stores when they fire managers, and the new managers try changing everything about the store. they can never seem to get the schedule right. they make it, and they’ll send you home early because they’re over hours. Or they’ll ask you to stay longer. There is 0 consistency. also when you bring up an issue you get fired. every person that’s put in an hr complaint seems to have gotten fired.
