      Pros

      leadership is usually very nice. the benefits are nice.

      Cons

      Wish we had breaks of any kind in a 12 hr shift. Sometimes I get a few minutes to eat a snack, but lunch breaks are discouraged because you'll need someone to cover you, and this is not often available. also orientation was... a lot.

      Very supportive of nursing, organized policies and guidelines, a lot of pay increases every year based on the going rate in the area

      Cons

      High patient ratios on med surge and step down units
