No support from unit director/management, no communication, very quick to write people up for insignifcant things, too political, favoritism, evaluations are made public (notices are posted you can pick vacations due to your eval, policy states first come first serve) Very high turnover rate due to management, Director w/little experience RN for only 3 years. Unit Director talks down to staff, at nurse's station, belittles staff , very accusatory/reactive personality. New staff members are afraid to say anything because they are intimidated.

Understaffed, pay not competative compared to other jobs in the area
