Job security. Decent benefits. Training has improved. Hours are better than most pharmacy jobs. Multiple areas of work for variety.

Cons

Dysfunctional management. Pay is horrible. No room for growth. Stressful working environment. Yearly raises are embarrassing. Very little accountability for poor work performance.
