Nice Coworkers, relaxed environment, exposure to EPIC

Cons

Poor management, no communication, no support, extremely poor relationship between management and team, no changes being made. . .I read all the reviews, and thought "It can't be that bad," but oh, it is. HR has a lot of problems, and there is nothing being done to fix them.

people care and try to do the right thing most of the time; many interesting people to work with; gives back to the community and tries to improve the health of the community.

Cons

very short sighted with strategy and vision, expect people to work too hard with very little reward or acknowledgement, lack of communication from leaders, have a hard time embracing change and project work is expected to be done in too little time so very difficult to implement sustainable solutions, doesnt pay well.
