Pros

None unless you want to work your butt off while other "special employees" sit. Every year the workload increased and the benefits decreased. Management could care less about a fair work environment

Cons

Management does not listen, employees get away with everything from patient misconduct to time clock manipulation. No benefits, they mandate what physicians you can see and where you get your prescriptions at. Unfair treatment to employees, favoritism. Worst hospital I've ever worked for.

Pay and benifits compensate with experience, licensing and education. Good oportunities for paid continuing education

Cons

Work philosophy totally useless and unused in practical application at work.Work culture is generally cut throat. Management pushes too hard for productivity quotas, forcing licensed medical professionals to see way too many patients and denighing overtimepay to stay up to date with the required computer documentation burden.
