Pros
I had a great manager and work team. We were extremely supportive of each other. Even though we were working remotely, we had great communication with each other and had great team work.
Cons
Extremely disappointed that all of our coding and revenue cycle jobs were "transitioned" to another company. Felt unappreciated by higher management, never got communication from upper management the entire many years working there and when our jobs were going to be "transitioned" we were told by a surprise web-meeting and then an email that same workday after work hours from the CEO to fulfill their "WARN" obligation. There is a lot less job opportunity for people working in our area now, since the new company hires all over the country and overseas.
