I met a couple of lifelong friends here. The pay is below average, but I feel the benefits package and 401k match are generous and make up for this.

Cons

This company is currently laying off many employees after promising layoffs would not occur, and after being voted one of the best businesses to work for in Orlando. The work environment is high-stress regardless of workload, and managers are passive aggressive and cliquey. The Quality Assurance department specifically does not provide employees with adequate training or transferrable skills.
