Decent benefits, so so pay, great people. Somewhat easy going vibe. Great plant manager, he comes around every few days to say Hi and see how things are going.

Cons

Some say lots of overtime, so so pay, somewhat decent benefits, only 2 shifts. Lots of different languages sometimes hard to understand.

If you want to advance and you aim for it and make yourself known as someone people can depend on to get the job done advancement can be easy.

Cons

It can seem chaotic and stressful and month end can stress out even the most cool character. Carlisle is a high performing fast paced manufacturing facility.

We have received tremendous help from lean consultants and the lean training offered is great.

Cons

Currently dealing with the challenges related to acquisitions and managing a lean sigma transformation. Resistance to change and applying the lean tools appropriately is a big challenge.
