Most people are nice and friendly.

Cons

Hospital does not want to invest in repair parts, Work load is too much, On Call 24/7 365 a year. Hospital does not pay according to cost of living. oil field makes rents extremely high. Nothing to do in town and crime rate is high, No Growth opportunities.

There is nothing posive here.

Cons

Micromanagement, bullying, gossip, fails to follow the dress code, and harrassing behavior. That's just the manager. The staff gossips about co workers behind each others back, they talk politics about the election, and are dishonest. Extremely high turnover rate.
