      Pros

      Management listens to ideas. You are encouraged to take risk and voice your ideas and opinions. New idea's are encouraged. All are welcome. The office environment is relaxed and open. No closed door offices. Everyone from the CEO down is located in a cube. Encourages communication and teamwork. They offer several work areas and conference rooms for collaboration on project. Casual environment and a great work life balance

      Pros

      Good employee support/training opportunities. Carney lets you present creative ideas and then examine whether they'll fit in the project's budget.

      Cons

      It used to be that you wished management would bring you to the table. There's been a complete turnaround in the last year --- management actually seeks out your opinions.
