There are very talented people that work here and that truly care about making Carney successful. Through the reorganization there is more openness and transparency into all facets of this company so each and every employee can see were there were successes and then also areas where improvement was needed. Feedback was encouraged and welcomed. They let you express your career goals and helped put you on a path to achieve those goals even if you meant not with Carney.

Cons

The benefits aren't amazing but they are good and better than previous companies I have worked for (but the parking benefit is a great bonus).
