      Pros

      CBI is a great place to work. Being an RBT is an incredibly rewarding experience. The trainers are thorough and made me feel prepared for the job.

      Cons

      Frequent client cancellations; however, CBI is great about allowing opportunities to sub for other RBTs.

      Pros

      Great place to work with children and supportive staff. CBI does a great job making sure you feel supportive and provides proper training. Management is always willing to help and assist when needed.

      Cons

      This field sometimes unexpected cancellations do happen but families are willing to offer make up hours too.
