CBI does a great job training staff and making them feel supportive.

I was just breaking into the field with my bachelors and they really helped me stand on my own feet. My time there was excellent. My supervisors were always there for me when I encountered a problem. And even though I tried my hardest to avoid after hours work questions, they were very quick to respond. -my supervisor knew her stuff -i was offered a lot of time for training and refresher training -communication was always an open door policy -When my schedule became a little more opened, I was able to accept another case for more hours -they can do training on site AND off site which is pretty helpful
